Brunswick Cabbage

90 days — 'Brunswick' is a large drumhead-type cabbage variety. It is a cold hardy, highly adapted variety that is suitable for spring as well as fall/winter harvesting that stores quite well. Although its exact history is elusive, we know that 'Brunswick' is an old German kraut-variety. Here in the United States, it appears in the oldest seed catalogs that we have in our library, dating back to the early 1870s. Each packet contains 1 gram, which is approximately 150 seeds.
