Early White Bush Scallop
Cucurbita pepo
47 days — Also known as 'White Patty Pan', 'Early White Bush Scallop' squash have a bush-type plant growth habit. The fruit are pale green to white color, turning white as the pan-shaped, scalloped fruit mature. Harvest early and often to keep the plants productive throughout the growing season and to enjoy their fine textured meat.
It is an extremely old squash variety that predates the commercial seed trade, and is often noted as dating back prior to the early 1700s. Each packet contains four grams, which is approximately 28 to 32 seeds.
