Frisée (Frisee) Endive

75 days — Also known as 'Frisee' or 'Curly' endive. Produces loose heads of frilly, finely cut leaves. Used mostly as a salad green, the lacy leaves have a distinctive, slightly bitter taste. Can be blanched by tying the heads with string or a rubber band, which causes the taste to be milder.

Each packet contains one gram, which is approximately 450 seeds.
