Green Wave (Greenwave) Mustard Greens

50 days — Also known as 'Greenwave', the plants are large, upright, with dark green, spineless, finely cut and deeply fringed leaves with a mildly pungent (spicy hot) flavor. Used as a highly nutritious and vitamin rich boiled green, it is also good for salads and garnishes.

It is slow to bolt and popular with commercial growers as it stands two to four weeks longer than other varieties. An "All-America Selection^®" winner in 1957. Each packet contains one gram, which, is approximately 350 seeds.
