45 days — 'Tendergreen' is a variety of leafy green vegetable, closely related to 'Mizuna', called "Komatsuna" in Japan. Here in the United States, it is generally referred to and used as mustard greens, mustard spinach or spinach mustard. It is a delicious leafy green that is hardy, slow to bolt, easy to grow and a heavy producer.
Its dark green, shiny leaves have smooth edges with a flavor that is much more mild than common mustard greens. Each packet contains one gram, which is approximately 350 seeds.
